MYKAPS implements HIV/AIDS prevention projects with support from the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) through MYRADA in the Mandya and Kodagu Districts. The project was started on 1st October, 2008 and covers two areas:

  • Pre infection awareness - understanding what HIV/AIDS is, how it is transmitted, and how transmission can be prevented
  • Post infection support - supporting and helping those infected with HIV/AIDS.


Activities are focused on the most at-risk groups.
